Facility Provider/In-Home Care Agencies
A Provider or Agency can cancel their subscription (s) for any reason up to three days from the purchase date and receive a full refund. Cancellations are accepted via fax or email and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Cancellation requests must include the name of the purchaser and the transaction number or reference number. Refunds are credited back to the original credit card used for payment. Refunds are issued within 14 days of cancellation. Cancellations received after the stated deadline (three days from the date of purchase) will not be eligible for a refund.

Facility Provider
Carewatchers offers a one year subscription. Subscriber can cancel their subscription (s) for any reason up to three days from the purchase date and receive a full refund. If the provider is eligible, Carewatchers will issue the refund within 14 days, and Carewatchers will not issue a refund after the three-day deadline. Carewatchers no longer offers a month to month subscription. However any existing month to month subscriber must cancel the subscription three days before the end of the billing cycle date to be eligible for a refund. Carewatchers will charge your credit card each month until you cancel the subscription in writing via fax, email, or through your Carewatchers account.
In-Home Care Agencies

If the agency is eligible, Carewatchers will issue the refund within 14 days. and Carewatchers will not issue a refund for the one year subscription after the initial three day period from the purchase date. Carewatchers no longer offers a month to month subscription.
